1.No wound care is needed. Avoid getting the wound wet.
2.Wear a support bra and upper chest compression band at all times (D&N).
3.Resume normal daily life. Showering is allowed, avoiding the wound area.Avoid activities that require heavy arm movement, such as lifting, driving, or reaching.
4.Take all antibiotics as prescribed. Take painkillers only when needed.
5.Eat normally, except for alcohol.
